Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of all sales and marketing activities for all our business units located in Central Region.
- Responsible for the sales team.
- You will be accountable for the achievements of different Sales KPIs.
- Maintaining the required sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Medical background or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of previous medical device sales experience required.
- Special Skills: Successful track record and experience in selling medical devices in the operating room.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and surgical procedures. Proven sales and negotiation experience.
- Other: Success in developing new markets
- Ability to build strong customer (internal and external) relationships throughout a customer organization, at all levels.
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
- Ability to travel.
