Description:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing outstanding service in our retail and furniture division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the retail and furniture industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and effective selling techniques, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate and demonstrate products to customers.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Merchandising: Assist with product displays and merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are presented attractively.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights and feedback to the sales manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business goals.
