Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Sales Opportunities:
- Searching for potential customers through different channels (direct contacts, social networks, field visits).
- Studying the needs of potential customers and determining how the company's products match their requirements.
2. Presenting Products and Services:
- Providing detailed presentations about the products and services provided by the company.
- Answering customer inquiries and providing customized solutions to their needs.
3. Managing Sales Operations:
- Preparing quotations and following up on contracts until deals are completed.
- Ensuring adherence to the specified monthly and annual sales targets.
4. Building Customer Relationships:
- Maintaining sustainable relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their loyalty.

5. Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Collecting information about the market and competing products.
- Providing periodic reports on market trends and proposing strategies to improve sales.

Required qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
2. Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or smart solutions sector.
3. Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of the company's products and technologies, especially those related to smart cities and technology solutions.
- Ability to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
4. Personal skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
5. Languages:
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
6. Flexibility:
- Ability to work in a fast-changing work environment.
- Willingness to travel internally or externally when needed.
