Skill Set Required:

• Strong track record of selling high ticket value-based software solutions.

• Extensive sales hunting experience with Proven experience of executing lead generation strategies in liaison with internal teams for demand generation.

• Proven experience of minimum 3-4 years of selling enterprise software solutions to NBFC’s.

• Proven ability of forging consultative relationships with Senior decision makers at end customers.

• Ability to penetrate new logos and accounts.

• A network of existing contacts in the banking sector is desired at C-level.

• Strong business acumen and knowledge of technology industry trends

• Ability to work collaboratively across various internal departments within the organization.

• Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competition and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as individual contributor and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in new accounts.

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with key decision makers at C-Level.

• Revenue Generation from New Accounts.

• Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in NBFC vertical.

• Positioning of Company’s products and solutions

• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with new client acquisitions and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for articulating and communicating a compelling value proposition for NBFC segment.

• Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
