We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Smart Transformations. The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales in the dental industry, with a focus on digital dentistry or health insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare, insurance, and technology sectors.

- Develop a deep understanding of Smart Transformations AI solutions and how they can address client needs.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our AI solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and lead generation efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, with 2+ years of experience.

- Experience selling to healthcare or insurance industries is highly desirable.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand and explain technical products or solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
