Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into the Saudi Arabian market. Based in Jeddah or Riyadh, you will be instrumental in acquiring new business and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with the team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure and beyond.
• Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service and continuous engagement.
• Represent Hive Creative Digital Agency at industry events and networking gatherings.
• Provide insights into market trends to enhance our services and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the marketing or digital services sector.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business culture and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
