Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated **Sales Specialist** to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you have a passion for smart automation systems and a proven track record in technical sales, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Promotion and Sales:** Marketing solutions and services for KNX, Wi-Fi, and building management systems (BMS), and achieving sales targets.

2. **Relationship Building:** Establishing strong and effective relationships with existing and potential customers, providing support and advice.

3. **Proposal Preparation:** Presenting sales offers and innovative solutions that align with customer needs.

4. **Execution Follow-Up:** Monitoring contract implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. **Market Analysis:** Monitoring the market and analyzing trends to keep up with changes and provide regular reports to management.

**Requirements:**

1. **Experience:** Prior experience in technical systems sales, preferably in KNX, BMS, or GRMS fields.

2. **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

3. **Language Proficiency:** Fluency in Arabic and English.

4. **Team and Individual Work:** The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
