Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up on all leads and enquiries with speed, accuracy, and care.
- Build rapport with prospective families and understand their priorities.
- Encourage and schedule school tours with the Founding Headmaster and members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Guide parents through the application process, addressing questions and ensuring follow-through.
- Log and manage leads using a CRM platform, maintaining clear records and status updates.
- Work to meet ambitious enrolment targets within defined timeframes.
Content Support & Storytelling
- Capture candid photos and short videos during daily school activities, events, and tours to support real-time engagement (e.g. Instagram Stories, behind-the-scenes moments).
- Identify everyday storytelling opportunities—highlighting teacher insights, classroom moments, and school life.
- Contribute content ideas for social media posts, event highlights, and school marketing campaigns.
- Assist in coordinating classroom setups, mock lessons, and activity-based scenes that align with brand visuals.
- Ensure that all content reflects Sherborne’s values of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
- Collaborate with external content producers if needed to plan and support content needs
Reporting & Insights
- Provide weekly reports detailing lead status, number of sales calls, school tour bookings, and conversions.
- Analyse lead behaviour and trends to identify challenges and opportunities in the admissions funnel.
- Share insights with the Marketing and Admissions teams to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Use data to support strategic decision-making and help shape future marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with the Head of Admissions and Founding Headmaster.
- Share insights on parent feedback, objections, and commonly asked questions to help refine messaging.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless handover from interest to enrolment.
Local Marketing Support
- Support the execution of localised marketing campaigns and initiatives in Jeddah in alignment with the central marketing strategy.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers at key locations and events.
- Work closely with the content producer (photographer/videographer) to plan and coordinate professional photo and video shoots.
- Organise classroom setups, mock lessons, and activity-based scenes to create compelling visual content aligned with the marketing campaigns and goals.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely execution of all local marketing needs
- Share regular feedback and insights to help shape ongoing content themes and campaign development.
Event Coordination
- Help plan and organise school tours, Open Days, and other events.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
- Follow up with attendees to convert interest into applications.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in marketing, sales, or communications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with prospective families.
- A natural story teller with a keen interest and natural aptitude for storytelling, with the ability to identify capture and share authentic, compelling moments that reflect school life.
- Confidence in filming and photographing content independently, particularly for social media platforms such as Instagram Stories, Reels, and behind-the-scenes updates.
- Creative mindset with the ability to support content ideation and contribute to the broader marketing narrative.
- Proven organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks, leads, and deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable using a CRM system to manage leads, track communication, and report on performance metrics.
- A self-starter with a solutions-oriented approach, who works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends as needed to support events and parent engagement activities.
- Familiarity with the Saudi education landscape and cultural context is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have
· Familiarity with British curriculum or international schools
· Local network in Jeddah (parent groups, communities, vendors)
· Experience coordinating or capturing content for social media (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
