Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share in the fit-out sector.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors, and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring that proposed solutions meet their needs and align with industry standards and regulations.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Adjust sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution, addressing any technical or design-related questions that may arise.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction or fit-out industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards. Experience with technical sales and project management is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling sales pitches.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and project management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.
