Candidate must have 7+ years experience in a Printing and Packaging industry.
Design and implement a strategic business development plan, business development strategy for the region that expands the company’s client and customer base and ensures attainment of company growth targets and profitability.
To achieve the sales target by using useful resources and procedures.
Plan, review and execute Revenue generation targets and ensure 100% achievement from the assigned region.
Penetration of new markets & Industrial Segmentation that will address the growth objectives of the company.
Carry out research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products and other relevant information to form development strategies for innovation.
Present business development plan in conjunction to investment reports and realistic forecasts to the management team for all the new business development plan.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of all the services of the company
Monitor & advise management at competition, economic indicators and industry trends.
Tracking business development goals vs budgets and reporting results as necessary
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties, aid business and organizational development.
Conducts one-on-one review with all QC/R&D, Production, accounts, sales, logistics and Warehouse personnel to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of coordination.
