We are hiring a Sales Manager for a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of blast-resistant buildings. This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a competitive salary range of SAR 14,000 to SAR 18,000.
🔹 About the Company
The company is a global leader in modular blast-resistant buildings that meet API RP 752/753 and International Building Codes. Their buildings are blast-tested, ballistics-resistant, and certified by the U.S. Department of State FEBR, with high-end features such as HVAC systems and phone/internet connectivity.
🔹 Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will drive sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and build relationships with major Energy Sector end-users and EPCs. You’ll lead everything from lead generation and presentations to contract negotiation and client satisfaction.
🔹 Qualifications
✔️ Strong network with major EPCs and energy sector clients in KSA
✔️ Experience with prequalification procedures (e.g., ARAMCO)
✔️ KSA driving license (travel across KSA and Bahrain required)
✔️ Background in modular packages and oil & gas is a plus
✔️ Proven sales leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
✔️ Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
✔️ 5-6 years of Oil & Gas package sales experience
✔️ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
