Sales Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase revenues.

• Build relationships with existing and new customers and identify their needs.

• Supervise the sales team and provide support and guidance to ensure goals are achieved.

• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and analyze markets and competitors.

• Develop purchasing and sales strategies for products

 

Required qualifications for the position of Sales Manager:

1. Academic qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • A certificate in sales or marketing such as (Certified Sales Professional - CSP) is preferred.

 

2. Practical experience:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the field of sales, preferably in the technology or smart cities sector.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales goals and leading work teams.

 

3. Technical skills:

  • Deep understanding of modern technologies related to smart cities and technological solutions.
  • Ability to analyze market and competitor data using analytical tools.

 

4. Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and partners.
  • Team leadership and motivation skills to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
  •  

5. Languages:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

 

6. Full-time and mobility:

  • Ability to travel internally and externally to visit clients and attend events and exhibitions when needed.
  • For non-Saudis: Transferable residency
  • Driving license
