Sales Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at AP Race. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve building relationships with customers, promoting products/services, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Proven track record of at least 5–8 years in sales, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong background in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Your monthly salary will be 15,000 – 20,000 SAR depending on your experience. This is a fulltime position where you will be required to be based in our Riyadh Office.

Your working times are not fixed and will be required to be flexible around the needs of the business however typically your hours will be conducted during office hours. You will be expected, on occasion where required to work overtime to fulfil the requirements of the role.in addition to the salary above, there are additional benefits to taking this position, some of these are:
