Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager who will be located in our Riyadh office. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, setting sales goals, and creating reports for the management team.

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
