Fast Cloud is seeking a 3PL sales senior supervisor to join our team!
As we expand our 3PL capabilities. We are searching for a seasoned Sales Manager who will initially oversee end-to-end processes including but not limited to, prospecting, contract negotiations, and account management. Ideal candidates have experience selling third-party logistics and are self-motivated to help build out this new product offering and capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Generate new business and maintain existing accounts through sales activities such as inbound, outbound, referral, and outbound prospecting
• Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our company
• Ongoing coordination with the Fulfillment Center team to ensure customer requirements are met
• Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
• Partner cross-functionally to anticipate and solve development and integration challenges
• Understands the communication needs of small, medium and large-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs
• Identify arising business opportunities and build long-lasting trusted relationships with prospective accounts
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and data analytics used for identifying opportunities and performance improvement.
