Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge:
  • Understand the financial systems or products being sold, such as accounting software, investment products, financial planning tools, or banking services.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and create a sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of the financial system or service.
  • Customize solutions based on the client’s specific financial needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help improve products or services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the financial services or systems domain.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
