Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve BaredX's objectives and revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, and stay ahead of competitors in the logistics industry.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding BaredX’s customer base and market presence in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills, product knowledge, and motivation to succeed.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the use of CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize revenue and profitability.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and make decisions under pressure.
  • Customer-Centric: A deep understanding of customer needs in the logistics industry and the ability to provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the logistics, shipping, or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Certifications: Sales management or related certifications are advantageous.
