Overview: CHINT Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Low Voltage Factory sales team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and managing key customer relationships to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Low voltage sector.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Low voltage segment.
- Identify key market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to define sales objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to maximize revenue generation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Set clear sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for the team and monitor their progress.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and development initiatives to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize market insights to adapt sales strategies, product positioning, and marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the low-voltage products
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the electrical equipment or low-voltage industry.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and formulate strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
