About the job

Responsibilities

  • Sales executive for retail sector of an Italian Paints brand in KSA central region.
  • Responsible for scouting and allocating new clients in the B2B section (Mainly retails, showrooms, ext.)
  • Achieving quarterly and yearly targets through developing current clients and gaining new clients.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Coordinating with our other sales channels (Projects, Local paint stores)
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Building materials sales record, preferably in Paints industry
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
