About the job
Responsibilities
- Sales executive for retail sector of an Italian Paints brand in KSA central region.
- Responsible for scouting and allocating new clients in the B2B section (Mainly retails, showrooms, ext.)
- Achieving quarterly and yearly targets through developing current clients and gaining new clients.
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Coordinating with our other sales channels (Projects, Local paint stores)
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience.
- Building materials sales record, preferably in Paints industry
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
