Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for preparing the country's growth strategic plan including customers, suppliers, and products
  • Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget via ERP reporting
  • Identifying new prospective principals and products for growing sales into existing / new customers.
  • Ensure delivery of monthly sales budget and reporting competitor's analysis
  • Retaining credibility with all principals and customers with consistent communication
  • Ensure to follow QHSE policy, ERP processes and local company operations are regulated under the company and in line with legal compliances.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Candidate willing to be based in Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor's degree in Science (Pharmacy/ Chemistry/Medicine) or related field
  • More than 10 years of experience working in sales/ business development of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs)
  • B2B experience is a must; Must understand the concept of market development
  • Expert negotiation and persuasive ability
  • Excellent organizational skills and well-developed record of successful Key Account relationship management
  • Strong Communication skills; Business fluent in English and Arabic, in its oral and written form.
