Description:
Our vision is to become the leading provider of short-term rental technology solutions in the markets, and as the Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for converting incoming leads into realized revenue, negotiating and contracting, liaison and handover of bookings to operations teams, CRM management, handling inbound inquiries, and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Signing corporate contracts: You will use your exceptional sales skills to identify, pitch and close deals with corporate and enterprise clients in the UAE. This includes preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents to close deals.
- Lead Generation: You will support the lead generation efforts for the UAE market and work with the Head of Sales and marketing team and create effective campaigns/roadshows that attract high-quality leads.
- Account Management: You will manage the relationships with our existing corporate clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and continue strengthening the relationship with them
- Renewal and renegotiation of corporate rates and contracts with existing clients: You will be responsible for renewing and renegotiating contracts with our existing clients, ensuring that they are happy with our services and that our pricing remains competitive.
- CRM management: You will be responsible for managing our CRM system, ensuring that it is up-to-date and that all interactions with clients are accurately recorded.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management to track progress towards revenue targets.
- Liaison and Handover: Act as a liaison between the sales and operations teams, ensuring a seamless handover of bookings and client information.
- Work collaboratively within the sales team, and cross-functionally to achieve overall company sales goals
- Negotiate rates and packages with clients to close sales and maintain a conversion rate as per the set OKRs
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or holiday homes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Customer-centric approach and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficiency in G Suite and CRM softwares
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Persuasion, charisma, excellent communication skills, ambition, and empathy
- Valid UAE driving license
