Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries to generate new business opportunities.

 

  • Client Engagement: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our IT solutions and schedule meetings.

 

  • Needs Assessment: Understand the unique challenges and requirements of potential clients to position our IT solutions effectively.

 

  • Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our IT products and services to prospective clients.

 

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Solutions team, marketing, and technical experts to develop tailored solutions for clients.

 

  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

 

  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities

 

Required Qualifications:

 

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT/technology sector (fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework will also be considered).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology and IT solutions (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity, software, hardware, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English Language Proficiency is a must
