Description:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (construction, industrial, logistics, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide clients with accurate updates on order status, timelines, and project milestones.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for expanding the company’s client base and product portfolio.
Reporting:
- Prepare weekly sales reports highlighting progress, challenges, and potential leads.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel fabrication, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of steel structures, fabrication processes, and project cycles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
