Job Vacancy: Sales Executive (Paint Industry)
Location: Eastern and Western Regions
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage proven experience as a Sales Executive. Experience in the paint and coatings industry is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the paint industry.
- Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with distributors.
- Conduct groundwork activities, including consulting with offices and engaging in B2B sales.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Apply a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques with a strategic approach to sales.
- Utilize strong sales planning and organizational skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate and negotiate effectively with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development and success.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
- Possess a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
