Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage proven experience as a Sales Executive. Experience in the paint and coatings industry is a must.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the paint industry.
  • Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with distributors.
  • Conduct groundwork activities, including consulting with offices and engaging in B2B sales.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Utilize strong sales planning and organizational skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate and negotiate effectively with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development and success.
  • Demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
  • Possess a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
