Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Specialist/Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment sales within Saudi Arabia, focusing on excavators, wheel loaders, truck heads, cranes, concrete pumps, and road machinery. This role involves driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for heavy equipment.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market.
-Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
-Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
-Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
-Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and market trends in heavy equipment.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment sector, specifically with excavators, wheel loaders, and other related machinery
-Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a plus.
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
