Sales Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time role for a Sales Officer/Engineer at Holford FM.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales related operations support and channel sales; will work closely with clients to understand their needs, generate leads, and optimize sales and operations to maximize revenue gain.

Qualifications

1. Background in civil or electro-mechanical engineering field; must have experience in facilities management related business model.

2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations in multi platforms such as Canva, PowerPoint and Photoshop to prospective clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.

4. Basic understanding of developing customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.

5. Must have a thorough knowledge of best practices pertaining to contract drafting, tender submissions and its' legal aspect that includes provisions, indemnity and general inclusions and exclusions.

6. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, address any objections or concerns, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

7. Keep accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.

8. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely resolution of issues, and ongoing support.

10. Identify and research potential clients, generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other means.
