Key Accountability Areas

Customer Engagement and Enquiries:

• Manage and monitor all incoming enquiries and tenders efficiently.

• Provide optimal responses to customers.

• Prepare all necessary supportive documents, samples, and submittals.

• Ensure timely delivery to customers to enhance company chances.

• Collaborate with the department's coordinator and Demand Planning.

• Prepare required materials and ensure timely delivery to customers.

 

Competitor Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor and target competitors’ activities.

• Report findings to sales management.

 

Market Presence and Technical Support:

• Organize technical meetings and seminars.

• Provide technical support to enhance our company awareness and presence in the market.

• Coordinate with relevant parties for successful execution.

 

Reporting and Customer Management:

• Issue timely and effective reports to management.

• Manage customer relationships in a professional manner.

 

Project Identification and Follow-up:

• Identify and monitor all related projects.

• Conduct close follow-ups to maximize project realization.

 

Customer Satisfaction and Payment Management:

•Monitor customer satisfaction levels.

•Ensure prompt collection of payments to avoid over-dues (Zero over-dues).
