- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive an exceptional sales strategy and develop strategic account planning initiatives to penetrate the market and achieve sales goals
- Anticipate market trends, competitive activities, and client’s strategies to identify and size opportunities and identify possible risks.
- Contribute to the leadership team in the development of both tactical and strategic plans.
- Constantly monitor market and competition activities and provide feedback to leadership team.
- Help the sales team to work more efficiently by having a well-designed account management plan that allows them to achieve their targets.
- Oversee the development and implementation of appropriate sales processes, procedures, and support needed to increase effectiveness.
- Responsible for strategically driving continuous development as well as profitable growth and expansion of the company.
- Aligns the sales team’s objectives with corporate business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
- Work with marketing team to develop and maintain a positive relationship including brand recognition for the organization's products and ensure the organization excels in meeting the evolving needs of its target customers and core markets.
- Continually drive strong financial management, adherence to metrics, internal & external compliance controls and strong internal & external relationships.
- Foster the development of positive relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers.
- Work across all functions with other team members, like Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, HR etc. for better collaboration, faster revenue growth.
- Ensures the team is compliant with company policies & Ensures the confidentiality of the Company’s information.
- Analyze the training needs for the Sales team & Ensures the team has received appropriate training on sales techniques and relevant technologies and tools.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant degree (Master is an advantage)
- 15+ years of successful sales experience and 5-7 years in a sales leadership role preferably in Trading/Fit-out industry
