Description:
Engage in outbound activities to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through phone calls.
Research target accounts and decision-makers to create personalized outreach.
Set up meetings for the sales team, providing detailed background information and ensuring a smooth transition for further sales conversations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 month in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, focusing on B2B Services.
Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
