Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at IDWise, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team. Your primary goal is to create opportunities for our Account Executives by developing relationships with prospects and understanding their identity verification needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Prospect and Generate Leads:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM systems, and SalesNavigator to build a qualified pipeline of potential clients.

 

Qualify Leads:

  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their potential fit with IDWise’s Core next-gen SaaS product offering.

 

Book Demo-Meetings:

  • Schedule meetings and product Demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and follow-up on scheduled meetings.

 

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and IDWise’s product offerings.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
