Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our suite of digital communication solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities through email outreach, cold calling, and social selling.
- Qualify inbound leads and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation efforts and ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities.
- Collaborate closely with interns to support their development, provide guidance on prospecting techniques, and facilitate training sessions to enhance their sales skills.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections and challenges.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
