Sales Business Development Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our influencer marketing agency. The primary role of this position is to secure new clients by conducting daily meetings and calls with potential clients, preparing for those interactions, and meticulously tracking work progress. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Meetings &Calls:
Conduct daily meetings and calls with potential clients to introduce our services and understand their needs.
Research clients' social media accounts, websites, and other relevant online platforms before meetings to prepare personalized pitches.
Analyze similar brands and develop strategic plans to win over the client.
Create sample lists of influencers that align with the client’s brand and bring case studies or materials from past successful campaigns to meetings for demonstration.
2. Lead Generation:
Continuously seek out new potential clients through thorough research, proactive outreach, and networking, both online and offline.
Attend industry events to connect with potential clients and expand our professional network.
3. Reporting & Documentation:
Generate daily reports detailing the outcomes of meetings, calls, and the next steps in the process.
Keep the CRM system updated with comprehensive information on client interactions, lead status, and other relevant data.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and effective service delivery.
Share feedback from client interactions to help refine and improve our offerings.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in a sales role, preferably in marketing or advertising.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and research skills; familiarity with social media platforms and CRM software.
Additional Information:
Travel: The position may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
Working Hours: Flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate client schedules and demands.
Job Requirements :

* Competitive salary + incentives + commission + Bonus + Performance Allawance
* Working hours : 9 Hours including one our break
* Two days off
* Having Car + Valid Driving License
