Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the permanent recruitment sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, understanding market needs, and developing recruitment strategies tailored to meet the demands of local and multinational organizations in KSA. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Saudi market, a strong network, and proven experience in recruitment business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the permanent recruitment portfolio in KSA.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting key clients across industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their recruitment needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment services to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and recruitment challenges in the region.
- Present proposals and negotiate terms of agreements to secure long-term partnerships with clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction by delivering quality recruitment services.
- Actively network with potential clients and participate in relevant events to expand the company's reach in the KSA market.
- Monitor and achieve business targets and KPIs as set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development in the perm recruitment industry, within KSA
- Strong understanding of the permanent recruitment process and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
- A solid network of client contacts across industries in KSA.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and recruitment regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
