Main Responsibilities
- Promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products/indications to the market.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities, anticipate challenges. Identify business opportunities for growth, expansion, and market penetration.
- Develop plans per account/target customer, implement plans to ensure achieving goals, regularly revising, and adjusting as needed.
- Set strategic product direction and develop marketing plan accordingly.
- Actively lead optimal collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and execute on new launches/indications, including coordinating the whole cross functional team (such as Medical, Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain)
- Manage marketing budget and sales forecast, including monitoring of inventory for optimal product availability.
- Manage annual targets and performance, achieving set consumption/sales targets and KPIs.
- Territory Management
- Develops an action plan per account (inclusion status, sales, customer needs, challenges and opportunities) and executes with close follow-ups.
- Stays constantly aware of sales developments, physician reactions to new data/indications from our products or competitors, trends in competition, new competitor product entries.
- Is required to meet/exceed the objectives set for promoted products and meets or exceed projected market share.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities in the territory.
- Completes and submits all assigned reports in an accurate manner and as per schedule date.
- Ensure highest level of integrity in the territory.
- Customer management
- Establishes and maintains long term professional relationships with KOLs, to maximize product performance and support current and future objectives.
- Partners with KOLs to identify current and future challenges as well as to identify right product positioning.
- Partners with Medical on day-to-day basis and events such as Congresses.
- Brand management
- Develops the Marketing Brand Plan in collaboration with the CFT and closely follows up execution throughout the year.
- Produces engagement plans with personalization of messaging to drive behavior change with key customers and executes on those.
- Build relationships with global/regional/local internal stakeholders.
- Operational excellence
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across the CFT, with close follow-up.
- Is responsible for ownership & management of the promotional budget, ensuring accurate spending.
- Constantly updates his/her product knowledge and of the CFT, in order to maintain the high level of professional competence required.
- Writes his/her EDP with guidance and agreement of the Manager, who assesses it quarterly for progress, and is responsible for agreeing and reviewing the same with his sales reps.
- Complies with all local laws and regulations and conducts himself in a professional and highly ethical manner consistent with all company’s SOPs.
- Ensure that all relevant company policies, business practices and compliance guidelines are being followed ensuring high compliance and ethics standards.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical companies is preferred
- Experience in the public sector preferred
- English proficient.
