Sales Account Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

 

Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within KSA. Your primary role is to drive revenue growth, foster strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction

 

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.

2. Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

3. Collaborate with internal teams, including tele sales, technical to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

4. Understand client requirements and objectives to provide tailored solutions and proposals.

5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and conduct contract negotiations.

6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

7. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and generate accurate forecasts.

8. Ensure timely delivery of products or services and address any client concerns or issues effectively.

  • 9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

 

Qualifications

1. Software experience, preferably with Odoo.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Proven experience in sales or account management.

4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

9. Knowledge of the local market and business practices in KSA is a plus.

10. Willingness to travel as needed.
