Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for IBM Maximo/EAM and Data Center solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in both IBM Maximo and Data Center sectors.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate the capabilities of IBM Maximo and Data Center technologies, including offerings from leading providers such as Dell, Cisco, Veeam, Commvault, VMware, and others.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining client engagement.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics for both IBM Maximo/EAM and Data Center solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience in sales, with a strong focus on both IBM Maximo/EAM and Data Center technologies.
- Product Knowledge: Proven ability to sell and promote solutions from top tech providers (e.g., Dell, Cisco, Veeam, Commvault, VMware) along with a solid understanding of IBM Maximo and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, storage solutions, backup & recovery technologies, and EAM best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets; motivated by achieving results.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and manage sales activities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Transferable iqama is a must.
