Role Overview: We are looking for a driven Sales Account Manager who can champion our diverse range of products and services in the KSA market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the IT and telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through cross-selling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven 2-4 years work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with ICT, ERP systems, and/or web and mobile app development projects.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
