Sales Account Executive

 

Description:

- Manage and nurture client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Drive strategic client acquisition by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads, leveraging partnerships to expand market reach and diversify our client base.

- Develop account strategies and sales plans to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to showcase the value of our products/services to clients.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive account growth and increase revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and address any client concerns or issues.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
