Description:

Key responsibilities.
Analyze and resolve runtime issues in RPA code within SLA, ensuring effective categorization of functional and infrastructure-related problems.
Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and client teams to implement automation solutions.
Develop and enhance RPA processes using core workflow principles, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Support and implement change requirements in adherence to structured change control processes.
Follow technology standards, policies, and frameworks to optimize automation processes and minimize total cost of ownership.
Create and maintain reusable components for automation, technical documentation, and technical help cards for stakeholders.
Prepare project plans, complex assessments, and weekly status reviews for management.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, escalation protocols, and timely delivery of automation lifecycle deliverables.

Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
At least 3 years of experience as a UiPath Developer or Support specialist, including hands-on expertise with UiPath Document Understanding and UiPath Apps.
Advanced UiPath RPA Developer and Orchestrator certifications are mandatory.
Proficiency in DBMS and SQL query development.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
