Role Overview:

As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, and implementing RPA solutions using the UIPath platform. You will work closely with business teams to understand their processes, analyze requirements, and develop efficient RPA workflows. Your expertise in RPA and UIPath will be instrumental in automating tasks, improving productivity, and reducing operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation.
• Analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and assess the feasibility of RPA implementation.
• Document process requirements and develop detailed process maps.

RPA Workflow Development:

• Design, develop, and test RPA workflows using the UIPath platform.
• Configure activities, create sequences, and build robust automation solutions.
• Ensure workflows adhere to best practices and coding standards.

Code Quality Control:

• Review and optimize code for efficiency, readability, and maintainability.
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to identify and resolve defects.
• Implement version control and maintain code repositories.

RPA Best Practices:

• Adhere to RPA best practices and guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends.
• Contribute to the development of RPA standards and methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in the UIPath platform, including its activities, components, and development environment.
• Experience in developing RPA workflows from scratch.
• Knowledge of C#, VB.NET.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in RPA (UIPath RPA Developer)
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Knowledge of data extraction and manipulation techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
