Heerim Architect is seeking a highly experienced Project Risk Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing project risk assessment accuracy, with specialized knowledge in risk analysis for Civil, Building, Infrastructure (preferred for these sectors), and other industries such as Oil and Gas, Power Plants, etc.

Contract: 8 Months Renewable or Introduced to partner companies

*Responsibilities:*

 

*Project Management*

 

1. Utilize specialized knowledge in risk analysis to conduct comprehensive assessments for projects, with a specific focus on the Civil, Building, and Infrastructure sectors.

2. Apply expertise to assess risks in diverse industries, including Oil and Gas, Power Plants, etc.Collaborate with project teams to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks associated with project execution.

 

*Risk Mitigation Strategies:*

 

1. Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.

2. Advise project teams on best practices for risk management and guide risk avoidance and reduction measures.

 

*Stakeholder Communication:*

 

1. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project risks and mitigation plans.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and execution.

 

*Continuous Improvement:*

 

1. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging risk management methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of risk analysis processes.

2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project risk management practices within the organization.

 

*Qualifications:*

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management or risk analysis is a plus.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on project execution and risk analysis.

3. Proven experience in risk analysis for Civil, Building, Infrastructure, and other relevant sectors (Oil and Gas, Power Plants, etc.).

4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
