Key Responsibilities
Implement an effective and integrated system of risk management strategy: plan, processes, procedures, work instructions, etc. in line with international best practice and standards. Maintain Risk and Opportunities statistics, monitor and report on Risk Management system effectiveness at both Portfolio and Program level. Support and monitor the implementation of the Risk function across NEOM Projects. Facilitate and support risk and opportunity workshops across the Portfolio as requested by the Project Controls Director. Facilitate “NEOM Only” risk workshops and advise on schedule/cost risk analysis. Consolidate risks from Project level to Program & Portfolio level for overall review & reporting. Report Risk Metrics and graphical displays including dashboards to NEOM Project Management.

Knowledge And Skills
Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management Team player with ability to lead a multinational, multi-dimensional organization English proficiency High level of energy Minimum of 5 years proven experience in risk management. Experience with holistic approach of risk management on Portfolio and/or Program level. Experience and knowledge of all disciplines risks during all Project stages from feasibility till handover e.g. procurement/contractual, QHSE, reputational Risks, etc. Proficiency with industry standard software for risk management / analysis programs. Excellent English language communication skills.
