Rigging Supervisor

Description:

Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in rigging activities, particularly in Maintenance and Oil & Gas plants.
Certifications: Must have Rigger Level 1 Certification.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and lead a team.
Knowledge:
Ability to prepare Rigging Plans, Risk Assessments, and work permits.
In-depth knowledge of Life Saving Rules.
Skills:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Basic computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office).
KSA Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the rigging crew.
Ensure safe rigging practices and adhere to safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with the team and other departments.
Conduct risk assessments and prepare related documentation.
Ensure compliance with Life Saving Rules.
