Job Description:

  • Develop the relationship with retailer and Service providers, to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure the highest customers satisfaction scores by achieving customer centric approach in all retail interactions with NEOM community members.
  • Monitor performance and resolve issues, complaints to ensure service excellence throughout the retail operations
  • Plan and monitors actual expenditures of allocated budgets in line with financial responsibility.
  • Generate reports and review transactions of retail services-related expenditures and purchases
  • Schedules inspections of retail venues and communicate with retailers to ensure timely corrective and preventative actions taken to avoid reoccurrence and ensure safe work environment
  • Maintain a customary and regular exercise of independent judgement and discretionary powers in the day-to-day performance of job duties, and ensures the Company’s policies are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner
  • Conduct analysis of data and utilize that data to monitor trends and prepare reports for Community Services management personnel
  • Identify, and report performance failures including unavailability’s & non-compliance incidents relating to the service providers
  • Ensure service and products consistency and uniformity in all retail offerings around NEOM communities and standard services delivery
  • Ensure full compliance of HSE policy and procedures
  • Develop and review on regular basis the Standard Operating Procedures and ensure is compliance within the operations.
  • Develop as applicable automated solution for the operational processes
  • Perform all other related duties as requested by Transportation, Logistics &Retail Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience in retail, customer service, sales, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles with experience in executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Point of Sales (POS) systems
