Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day Retail Management:

Achieve and exceed sales, margin, and revenue targets for the company in Riyadh.
Promote B2bondai, increasing brand awareness and exposure in the local market.
Build a database of potential XML clients specific to Riyadh.
Sales Process:

Lead the entire retail sales process, from prospecting and pitching to the successful closure of sales.
Cultivate and maintain relationships within key retail accounts at all levels.
Communication:

Effectively communicate with internal and external clients through written communication, telephone, and in-person meetings.
Ensure regular communication with key retail clients, obtaining necessary data for product optimization.
Technical Issue Resolution:

Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues causing blockages.
Deliver retail-specific product promotions and evaluate their success.
Monitoring and Evaluation:

Monitor retail booking numbers and margins against set targets, evaluating the success of initiatives.
Onboard new retail clients as required and manage existing retail accounts as needed.
Events and Travel:

Represent B2bondai at relevant retail trade shows and engage in local travel to visit retail clients and prospects.
CRM and New Business Pipeline:

Ensure the CRM and New Business pipeline system for retail is up to date at all times.
Collaboration and Training:

Work collaboratively with the Key Account Team, collaborating with colleagues to find solutions to retail-related problems.
Provide training sessions and webinars tailored for retail clients and leads.
Skills Desired:

Proven track record in new business development in the retail environment.
Contacts and experience in the Retail industry in Riyadh, KSA.
Understanding of XML links, websites, and IT platforms.
Confidence in retail client meetings and representing B2bondai.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding retail targets.
Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent organizational and planning skills.
Personable and driven 'people' person.
Education to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience working in a multi-cultural organization and collaborating with people from diverse cultures.
