Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Analyse market trends and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficient and smooth processes.

Manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team.

Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Experience:

Focus on enhancing the customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business.

Implement customer-centric initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

Create and manage budgets, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability.

Analyse financial reports and make data-driven decisions.

Identify opportunities to increase cost efficiency.

Vendor and Supplier Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize product procurement.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.

Identify new business opportunities and partnership Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and financial analysis.

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and business acumen.

Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
