We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, from staff supervision to inventory management and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure product availability for customers.
- Train, mentor, and coach staff members to ensure they provide exceptional customer assistance and uphold company standards.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market demands to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, displays, and events to attract customers.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations for store employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
