Resident Engineer / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer / Project Manager to lead the construction supervision of a high-profile iconic headquarters project in Riyadh. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and quality control.

📌 Key Details:
✅ Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
✅ Salary: SAR 34,000 per month
✅ Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture
✅ Experience: Minimum 15 years, with at least two projects completed from start to handover
✅ Language: Native Arabic speaker & proficient in English
✅ Looking for someone who has IQAMA and immediately available to join

💼 Responsibilities:
🔹 Managing site supervision teams, budgets, schedules, and project risks
🔹 Overseeing consultant inspections, deficiency walks, snagging, and closeout
🔹 Leading the project team and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
🔹 Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
🔹 Monitoring contractor project plans, progress, and addressing variances
🔹 Certifying project completion and financial closeout
