Assystem is proud to support the Large Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP) Program led by DNEC (Duwayhin Nuclear Energy Company) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under the Project Management Services (PMS) framework, our responsibilities encompass project management, contract and procurement management, as well as providing support for vendor selection, licensing, design documentation review, and construction supervision.

Job Description:

The Reporting Manager is tasked with establishing and implementing robust reporting management processes and infrastructure to facilitate project delivery. Key responsibilities include defining the project reporting cycle, integrating data from various project functions, and maintaining reporting standards and data management.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and implement a reporting framework for project delivery.
• Develop and manage the project reporting calendar to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Manage overall project reporting including scope, cost, schedule, risk, health & safety, quality, and security.
• Create project progress dashboards and monthly reports using Business Intelligence software.
• Report performance against agreed baselines for LNPP EPC Project delivery and Owner’s Scope EPC delivery.
• Support the development, digitalization, and deployment of IMS processes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the reporting team and coordinate with other project controls functions.
• Establish and manage project reports, KPIs, and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with all teams to implement reporting processes effectively.
• Provide alerts and analysis to the Project Director in case of plan variance.
• Develop the skills of the reporting team.
